Prista Oil is a licensed manufacturer of certain products under the Texaco® brand and is an authorized distributor of Chevron in Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Hungary and Czech Republic. Prista Oil owns the rights to use Texaco®, Delo® and Havoline® trademarks for advertising, promotional and marketing activities, a well as the right to use the licensed technology for the production of Chevron lubricants in Prista Oil blending plants.
