Prista MPD

Description and Application

Prista® MPD metal forming oils are formulated from highly refined paraffinic-naphthenic type base oils blended with a highly efficient additive package ensuring excellent lubricating properties and good protection against wear and corrosion.   
Prista® MPD are neat cutting oils intended for use in a variety of ferrous metalworking processes, combining both types of machining: chip-removal/cutting and forming/plastic deformation. These oils can also be used in multistation transfer presses used for the production of fixing components (screws, nuts, etc.). They contain active sulfur and therefore they are not suitable for utilization during non-ferrous metal machining.
