New member joints the Board of Directors of Prista Oil Holding
Today, July 11th, 2019, a new member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Francis John Bray Jr., was nominated
with unanimous decision of the Shareholders of Prista Oil Holding.
Mr. Francis John Bray Jr is a citizen of USA who has worked in the U.S. diplomatic corps for 29 years, with almost 20 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, serving as a U.S. Consul General in Lagos, Nigeria till July 1st.
Mr. Plamen Bobokov the Chairman of the Board of Directors, welcomed Mr. Bray on behalf of the Shareholders of Prista Oil Holding and pointed that in line with the current international vision for business development, it was time to pay attention to the enormous business possibilities in Sub-Saharan Africa. He also expressed confidence that Mr. Bray's invaluable experience would give him unique advantages in terms of expanding and developing the Holding's business on this continent.
In response, Francis John Bray thanked for the opportunity to be part of a modern multinational company focused on innovative and technological solutions. He is confident that the opportunities for business development in Sub-Saharan Africa are to be revealed and that the business's interest in it is yet to grow.
